The workshop will address the following topics:
- Which non-animal models are commercially available? What are the advantages and disadvantages? Possibility to train on those models.
- Make your own non-animal model for basic skills in blood sampling and IV injection in mice, rats and rabbits
- Build your own (more realistic) non-animal model for blood sampling and IV injection from commercially and easily available materials.

The goal of this workshop is to assist people involved in training of new technicians and researchers in blood sampling/IV injection in rodents & rabbits.
Learning objectives
Learn about commercially available non-animal models for blood sampling and IV injection with their advantages and disadvantages. This will help in decision-making on buying these models.
By the end of the workshop you will be able to make a basic non-animal model for blood sampling and IV injection. This model will be useful in training unexperienced people in:
