Participation to the symposium consists of 3 separate sections:

20 May 2019: Morning:    BCLAS General Assembly

20 May 2019 BCLAS General Assembly followed by parallel workshops
20 May 2019 The evening event
21 May 2019 The symposium with a full day of lectures

Only professionals and PhD students can subscribe to the workshops of May 20th.

Registration is open!

Payment and Invoice:

You can pay online via the registration module or by bank transfer to the BCLAS account, Belfius Bank  BIC : GKCCBEBB IBAN : BE51-0682-4773-1862. An invoice, including VAT, will be sent to you as an attachment with the confirmation email of your registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, your registration was not completed successfully.

Late payments:

If you have not paid your registration by 16 May 2019, you will need to pay the subscription fee in cash at the reception desk on the day of the symposium.  If you have paid after the deadline, please bring a proof of your payment.

  • handouts from the organizers
  • sandwich lunch (if your registered)
  • access to the workshop(s) of your choice
    between 11:00 and 17:30 hrs
  • access to stands of the exhibition
  • coffee/tea break
  • evening reception at Floréal
 Symposium on May 21st

  • documents of the symposium
  • access to the lectures
  • access to the animal caretaker and technicians forum (if registered)
  • access to the poster session
  • participation to the competition
  • sandwich lunch
  • access to the exhibition
  • welcome coffee and coffee/tea breaks

General Assembly

Only accessible to BCLAS members having paid their annual fees.
Free of charge.

BCLAS cannot be held responsible for possible physical or material damage.  We advise you to check the validity of your personal insurance or work insurance.
